CLEAN UP

Clean Up Events

The ‘traditional' Clean Up the World activity, Clean Up events are usually one or two-day activities that involve volunteers working together to clean up areas around the local community. Simply removing (and where possible recycling) waste from public areas such as streets, parks, waterways and beaches can vastly improve the look and health of an area. This can have a positive impact on local trade and tourism, environmental awareness, restoration of wildlife habitats and community pride.
