Community action to clean up our watercourses celebrated on World Water Day 2011

Taking part in Clean Up the World is a practical and immediate way for communities to play their part in improving our watercourses. By undertaking education and recycling initiatives and clean ups they can both remove and prevent rubbish from entering our precious rivers and waterways. Activities being undertaken this year to improve watercourse include:
